From Bowie:
Take 450 to route 3, make a Left at the light. Go through the next two lights and turn into the K-mart parking lot, FINS is on the left as you enter the parking lot.
From Ft Meade:
Go south on route 32 or 175 to route three. Turn left, at the fourth stop light make a left turn onto route 424. At the next light turn right into the parking lot. Go past the first building on the right and turn in front of them. The FINS is at the end of the building.
From Annapolis:
Go north on route 450 till you intersect with route 424, turn right till the light at the K-mart parking lot. Turn left, go past the first building on the right and turn in front of them. FINS is at the end of the building.
